Instructions for Cellulite Treatment
- Mix Aalgo with Hot water into a paste.
- Apply to the desired area.
- Cover area with transparent film (cling film).
- Cover area again with dark towel then a blanket to hold in the heat.
- Leave on for a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Have a warm shower to wash off the paste followed immediately by a cold shower to close pores and return circulation to normal.
- Repeat this process twice a week for 4 – 5 weeks.
- It is essential to drink 8 glasses of water daily.
- The short sharp stimulation breaks down the toxins and drinking the water flushes the toxins out of the system.
Instructions for Maintenance
- Have a Hot Aalgo bath once a fortnight.
- To cool down use a hand held shower with cold water.
- Move spray from foot up to hip repeatedly for both legs.
- Similarly move from left hand up to shoulder.
- Circle around the back and then the chest area with spray.
