Apply over area and cover with transparent plastic film(Cling film). Leave for 20 minutes. Shower off with warm water. Then Cold shower to close pores. Do this non-consecutive days for a week. Leave for 3 days. Repeat alternate days for a second week. Have an bath every so often to keep the back clear. If you have acne scarring on back put paste on every day for 4 minutes before showering. The scarring will clear in 8-10 weeks. |
