| Mix with Hot water into a paste. |

| Apply to the desired area. | ||
| Cover area with transparent film(cling film). | ||
| Cover area again with dark towel. | ||
| Finally cover with a duvet or something similar to retain the heat | ||
| Leave on for a maximum of 20 minutes. | ||
| Warm shower off followed immediately by cold shower to close pores and return circulation to normal as quickly as possible. |

| Repeat this process twice a week. | ||
| Drink 8 glasses of water daily. | ||
| Continue for 4-5 weeks. | ||
Continuing Treatment for Cellulite Maintenance |

| Have a Hot bath once a fortnight. |

| To cool down use a hand held shower with cold water. | ||
| Move spray from foot up to hip repeatedly for both feet. | ||
| Similarly move from left hand up to shoulder. | ||
