Facial Treatment Instructions

Mix 2 teaspoons full of to a cream with hot water.
Cool to blood temperature and apply to face.
Leave on for 4 minutes.
Remove using warm water and sponge.
Splash face with cold water or skin tonic to close pores
Apply moisturizer.

Facial Acne Ongoing Maintenance

Use non-consecutive days for one week. Leave for 3 days.
Use non-consecutive days for second week. Leave for 3 days.
Use non-consecutive days for a third week.
After this use once every 6-10 days to keep the skin clear.
If you have acne scarring use daily for 2 minutes.
The scarring will clear in 6-8 weeks.

Acne Back Treatment

Apply over area and cover with transparent plastic film( Cling film), then a towel.
Leave for 20 minutes.
Shower off with warm water.
Then Cold shower to close pores.
Do this every other day until the skin is clear.
Have an bath every so often to keep the back clear.
If you have acne scarring on back put paste on every day for 4 minutes before showering.
The scarring will clear in 8-10 weeks.
